Still more home fans though than we can attract, so we can't really take the piss, can we? So another big pay day today for them, with another for the replay, after their easy 2nd round pass.😟
That was the point I made , we cannot take piss out of anyone for support. I am sure our board would have liked that crowd.
If the match had been Dale v Bradford at Spotland, I think there would have been less, as Bradford may have only had 3200 tickets-that being the capacity for unreserved tickets, and our club would have made it all ticket with the excuse or lie that GMP said it had to be all ticket, so maybe 2600 Dale fans would have bought a ticket.
seeing how you played today, we are only a couple of points apart in the league. being in the hat for fourth round doesn't mean a great deal, we could get a great draw doesn't mean a thing until we get through the replay.
Well seeing as you mention it, we played OK in parts, but Chesterfield took advantage of some defensive sloppiness to win the game.
The goal that never was has been proved to be a correct decision, from watching SSN, while Hill and Danny Wilson have also said the video shows Chesterfield's other disallowed goal was also offside.
I just wish you had said 'the slump starts here'...
When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

Not sure what role legal precedence takes but several years ago a Port Vale fan was prosecuted for chanting at Oldham fans "You're just a town full of pakis".
He got off with the judge/magistrate saying it was no different to chanting my town is better than your town. I think this was all recorded in the Sky Sports yearbook at the time.
