Following some of the wiki links, it appears he is 24 and has played for several clubs at a lower than English L1 level, and hasn't scored all that many goals. As he's joined on non-contract terms it looks as though KH is taking a bit of a gamble in the hope that it just might come off. But it seems improbable he'll be here come 2016.
