It's been there for years, just become more apparent as we've played them in the league and cup recently. As far as i know it just comes down to us being the nearest team to them, everyone needs a rival so to speak, other teams in the area have all got rivals so they've been missed out along the line. | | | |

Every year we seem to get a noddy club with no history of ever having a rivalry trying to latch onto us. We should take it as a compliment, although in the case of Bournemouth its embarrassing. Sky will probably call it a south coast derby.  [Post edited 18 Aug 2015 18:40]
