Now I like to think I'm reasonable at cooking (I like eating, and I love eating what I cook) and I can cook a steak that satisfies me. However the finest steak I ever ate was beyond what I have ever done then or since. It is the only time I have ever asked the waiter if I could meet the chef so I could shake his hand and thank him.
