You've come onto a thread, once again, looking to flame by purposely trying to ridicule & misinterpret what another poster has said.
Plenty of people have suggested that the top seven side, shouldn't be 20th on net spend & 16th on wages spent. It's an opinion that you should be able to not get upset about. Don't you think? Not the same as agreeing, but as an adult you should be able to respect a fellow fan's opinion, while stating your own. It really shouldn't be very difficult at all. | |

Del, thank you for not rising to the bait, as we're monitoring Click, after complaints from 8 users about his trolling. We don't want to censor/delete things on here, but the behaviour demonstrated on this thread by Click, goading other users is what we're trying to eliminate, along with the Doc saga.
Please bear with us, as it won't happen overnight, but thank you to people like Del, who are trying to keep threads on topic.

Keeper - all 3 relegated sides have decent enough keepers who have had plenty of Prem experience this season - but also like the look of the Southend keeper
Sign Up Toby, Morgan and Clyne - although if any go, then this would be the key area for signings.
Expect Elia to maybe stay if available on the cheap and if we qualify for Europa, similar to Duricic (nor Durex as someone quotes on here)
Expect another couple of Dutch imports - perhaps Vilhema and Classie
Maybe another striker if JRod is not yet up to scratch and possibly a back up right back.
Will ask my daughter about the away kit, but think it will be released in a couple of weeks and both will be on sale some time in July.
Fraser is definitely walking -albeit with a slight limp. Hung around after the Villa game so the kids could get autographs and FF was there, signing away,along with J Rod.
Was expecting Kelvin to have announced his retirement by now, but maybe he is seeing if we sign a keeper before deciding.
See what ticket sales are like before the club will expand, but think they should and probably need to for many reasons. Not seen season ticket sales figures, but have renewed for my daughter and I - so there is 2 !! Now that the renewal period is up for existing season ticket holders, maybe a number of newbies will come forward and purchase. I think there will definitely be a rise in new season ticket sales this summer. | |

I hope this is only an isolated instance of a Southampton fan using Pompey Romany dialect. Dinlo is the Romany word for idiot. Before you know it, we'll be seeing other Pompey Romany words, like shant and squinny, appearing on here. You expect it from Arthur, but not from a Saints fan. Let's nip this in the bud.

Actually naming who we should sign is tricky. The club has software scanning the globe so they're aware of players I've never heard of.
Priorities will be finding adequate replacements for people we lose. Morgan for one and then Clyne if / when he let's us know.
Toby too. If we don't get him, then we'll need a first choice centre back.
Other than that I just believe in strengthening when you are doing well. If we can find someone that will improve what we have in any position. The only shame is that there doesn't seem to be any academy lads who are expected to be pushing for a first team place next year. Some will get games but I don't think any will become regulars. | | | |

Interesting article today which shows that Schneiderlin and Clyne are 2 of the top 10 tacklers in the Premier League. Losing them both would have a massive impact on our game. We'd need a top class tackler or two to replace them.
Another player in the top 10 was Burnley's Player of the Season, George Boyd. Worth a 22?
