For me that was THE album of the 70s. I played it over and over for years almost as a youngster.

Love that bbc video from 1973

This was they album that launched Richard Branson and the Virgin empire....classic.

I had a box set of the 1st three albums and also Incantations in the 70's and loved them to bits.

They sound a bit quaint now though, not aged well.

Saw him live in Horse guards parade, our son, while in the navy was working there and bought tickets for us.
I really enjoyed the concert, although five minutes in...it emptied down and we were literally soaked through all except my knees as I had a brolly over them.

All around us were bedraggled including a guy who's hair was plastered all over his eyes, when he turned around smiling at my brolly over my knees, I saw it was Richard Branson.

Never, ever been so wet. Even worse than the open bank at Ninion. But a great evening, great concert.
