Pretty impossible to 'fix' in most cases. There would/could be a bit of re-negotiating involved but the first thing really is to consult a specialist on whatever the matter may be. The player would need further inspection then to diagnose any serious issues. A medical is very general usually without looking too much into detail. | | | |
