You know what I'm shocked they've allowed this to go ahead all official by the looks of it.
Glad they have and there will be a bit of me that wants to be there. The one I did in '86 was a right old giggle us cheek teenage scamps with our 4 packs of Fosters and a bottle of Pink Lady
My days all planned now though but anyone toying with the idea of this I'd go for it especially if the weathers nice!
Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Will be up for joining a 10am march from The Bush. Around 5.6 miles I make it by google maps. Very doable even for middle-aged,fat, unfit wheezing b'staads such as myself.

Fully agree the traditional marches are organized by the fans for the fans, really don't know why the club feel the need to get involved at all, register your interested the offy says, why? They probably want to steward it,

Even Konk couldn't diss that Flanagan & Allen Strolling Banner Classic, could he?
And as for a 6 foot hat,I just don't think the buttoned-up Tarquins would have the down-to-earth not-afraid-to-look-stupid brass balls and sheer who-gives-a-duck moxy.

Back in the 1990s, when Leicester City got to four play-off finals and three League-Cup finals, a bunch of us used to meet at a social club in Acton and have a roast-beef lunch, then go to and from Wembley round the North Circular in a fleet of stretch-limos (used to cost about 20 quid a head, if memory serves) which we loaded with six-packs of booze.
About as classy as an Essex-girls' hen night, of course, but I loved it: and much less effort than walking!
Leicester City fan for 57 years, and professional old fart.

I think there was some sort of quote during the build up to the game by the west brom manager that they would bury us, due to the fact we was in the third division and they were in the first. Something along them lines anyway.
