Ok so you're the boss Saturday how would you line us up given suspensions and injuries? My concern is the bench is similar to the starting 11 and nothing to change up the style or play if it isn't going our way. Anyway I would go with the below

jam jar needs a few weeks out to shape up.or go.
onuhra to tackle/graft/close down/press and give the ball to the four in front of him.

o niel ,energy at right back(at least he runs all day and might help hoilett out ie , crossing the halfway line.

hughes as center back solid/dependable ,dour, a right back he aint, drop dunne

with out a doubt nedum is the major player in this line up.

Morrison on for Niko on the hour. Doyle as back up for Keane.

O'Neill has been poor but he keeps being played wide right. He is woeful wide right. I actually like him in CM. Away at Reading I thought he was excellent there. Then, with those 4 attacking players, I feel we need a bit of basic grunt in there. Henry fits the bill better than Carroll or Jenas. He just needs to do exactly the same role as Derry.

Anyone notice this is the same shape and approach as our promotion season...Even after all the changes it's what the squad is most suited to, IMO.

nedums, no right back, i agree. crossing no, overlapping no. tell you what though.... he's distribution from a center back role wasnt to shabby earlier in the season was it?

strong athletic , good tackler and most importantly mobile!!

all the qualities to break play up and lay it off.nothing beyond the capabilities of a pro footballer i wouldnt have thought.

Your probably right .He'll drop Traore who was our best player last match and had a good game before he was inexplicably dropped(shades of Ale and Adel)..

yossi,jeans,henry ,o'niel,jamjar have all been quite magnificent in midfield this season.

how remiss of me to suggest another option without harnessing the undoubted qualities of the above or spending another £50,000 a month on more loans.

cant blame a man for trying.

i remember my hero, gerry francis trying something off the cuff,as it were,
with a non league center back ,stuart wardley, to some degree of success.

but h' isnt gerry , and gerry certainly aint 'h'.
