KOL 21:29 - Feb 4 with 1908 viewsdcd14

Please do not shoot the messenger as I have never come on here before with any sort of info.

However a mate of mine has been informed that KOL had been lined up to be the next manager as a mate of his had been head hunted to take over the academy team, apparently this was discussed in December.

Probably a load of BS but just thought I'd pass it on.

Personally can't see it.

Having seen your dev squads matches against us under KOL, if he's the next manager forget relegation to the Championship, it'll be non-league football soon enough.

Well it is not unknown for the u21 manager to step up at other clubs when needed. Perhaps kol should the youth man then and get someone else at u21 level. Surely coach education and coach development should be part of what we are about. If it ain't, then we are missing a trick.
