| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 09:15:25 Great game, shame that we threw it away at the end again. Strangely enough I would have been quite content if we had lost 2-0 and been outplayed. Losing from being 2-1 up with five minutes to play is bloody annoying! Sadly NA lost us the game. His reasoning for the subs was fresh energy, fresh pairs of legs. Yes, but it is the defence that is letting us down. If he wanted fresh energy he should have replaced Clyne and fox with Richardson and Seaborne - not take off the 3 best players, including the Captain, which made us rudderless. Guly wandered around without doing anything useful. Watching the replay on the last goal, nobody marked van Persie - how dumb can you get. I fely really sorry for the likes of Morgan and ward Prowse who played their socks off and Rickie was a class act. We will be alright but NA needs to get agrip on his substitution ideas and please can we ship Guly out....PS.I thought he was to be punished for his "offence", so why was he even on the bench? |
| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 13:07:17 Agree with Grampy. Aaron martin must wonder if he is ever going to get on as well. I would have used him as the last sub to bolster the middle of the defence - then we gave away the second goal. NA seems to have his favourites and plays them regardless of what most of us can see. Fox is just not good enough - stands off too long and allows the cross. Guly is totally out of his depth at the moment. Either NA did not feel the need to increase the forward line when we were 2-1 down or Guly did not follow instructions. He wandered around the middle, never going forwards. If Guly is on the bench as a forward, he should be replaced by Lee Barnard. Fonte and Hoov have been excellent all season so the occasional mare is allowed. Lambert brillant in his distribution. Sharpe is getting better and was unlucky not to get a run. Lallanda is frustrating. Why does he feel the need to double back and beat his man a second and third time rather than attack the box? De Ridder has dazzle but end product not quite there. There are too many long lofted balls and not enough penetrating passes thru the middle, which used to tear opposition apart. Shame about Tadanari. If we don't go up, we only have ourselves top blame. should have beaten Pompey and should not have lost to Reading. Still hopeing but getting worried. |
