Ahhh.. yes the Sustralian cricket team. The team that is well known for upholding the spirit of cricket to the n th degree. But will always bring up Stuart Braod not walking whenever it suits them.

You might need the houses on white city close too...

Having said this the whole area is up for development.ent in the LBHF local plan. There could be an opportunity for a land swap, move some roads about and solve it that way

I didnt measure it, but from gazing at the map it seemed possible to me, and a lot less hassle than the school/Imre Close side.

I had a look at Google maps to see if we could (heavy emphasis on COULD, not should or would!) realistically redevelop the site as a footy stadium. IMO the best thing (with the huuuge caveat below before your blow my head off) would be to buy up the houses on Ellerslie Road and turn the whole stadium 90 degrees.

So I looked up on roghtmove how much the houses sell for. Most of them have been converted to flats. The basement and ground floor flats are around £700k. The top floor flats around £350k. So all in £1.1m to £1.2m per house. There are 23 of them. So that's £30m in round figures before you've started. And that is under the assumption they want to sell. I very much doubt LBHF would agree to CPOs

As me and my family exited customs at Gatwick yesterday we were Grated by someone in this year's home kit. Weren't quite close enough to let out a u Ross without it being awkward if he didn't respond....

Not sure i hate bands. Just avoid them. For example i never understood REM or U2 being as big as they were. Very meh to me. Morrisey has turned into a prize A w@nker. Most stuff since about 2010 is utter carp.

If you add together all the wages of those who have left (other than Dozell who's wages are already repurposed) then it probably equals a Hayden.
