If we have those options it is not the end of the world for me - it partly depends on who we have as the attacking midfielders as the analysis has indicated that goals will also be required to come from other areas. |

I guess it's good therefore that at least he is conjecturing, If he answered 'let's see what happens over the summer' then there would be more cause for concern. F*ck me, this is getting hard to decypher. I thought Ukraine Russia was difficult to fathom .... |

The key moment in the interview is at 5.37 when he is asked if he knows his squad for next season. The way he touches his nose is a sure sign of someone who is not saying everything he is thinking. |

Yeah, I thought Swansea were pretty slick. But it's early days in their new manager's reign. Let's see what happens when they have a dip in form. |

Sutton did OK. He got involved in some OK link-up play. He doesn't look quite ready yet I would say to dominate. Chair did quite well. He put himself about and didn't look rusty. |

I thought Kolli was quite good. He had a thankless task and none of the 3 attacking midfielders made it easy for him. Yang didn't seem interested and was standing around at times, Madsen won't take a defender on and Andersen didn't really make any great inroads. I felt we should have started Frey and Kolli and foregone Andersen, or Yang. Colback was pretty good again. He was still getting all over the park after 98 minutes just 4 days after doing the same against Preston. I will leave it to the sports scientists but he might be good for one more year. Wouldn't get hopes up for Sutton. Between Dembele, Yang, Madsen, Andersen, Morgan, Kolli, Chair, Bennie, Frey there are still others ahead of him in the queue for attacking game time. |

I thought the second losing streak was unlucky. We played top 6 teams during that period - with limited options up front - and the games we lost were by the odd goal, often in unfortunate circumstances, like the penalty at West Brom and the last minute goal at Coventry. We came through. Marti (and the lads) stuck at it on the training ground and turned it around. The boy done good. |

Yes, very very good analysis. But why are we seemingly unable to do a. b and c year after year ? We are always scrambling around in August trying to complete the squad, have bare bones from January onwards and end up calling up kids I get that good players leave but we need ready made replacements for them in all positions This time next year, Rodney ..... What do you mean ? We won. He won't surface on here until we don't secure all three points. |

Speaks very well. With every passing game I'm getting the impression that Marti wasn't bull-shitting when he said that he was happy with the group and that they are all good eggs. I'm kind of getting the feeling that there is going to be far from the big turnaround that we have been talking about on here - apart from the out-of-contract players |

I don't like Luton but I'd prefer to see Cardiff and Derby go down. Cardiff for obvious reasons and Derby as pay-back for Eustace walking out on Blackburn. |

Sinclair Armstrong. Looked a shadow of himself last week and the only players putting their arms round his shoulder were in blue and white. [Post edited 18 Apr 19:32]
