Joe Hart would struggle in this team.
In the three league games he didn't play we conceeded 7..and if Chesterfield had been good in front of goal it would have been at least 10.
Put simply, the team cannot defend, the manager is struggling, the fans are restless.....

Yes I was at the match, as I have been for many many years.

Suggest you watch the header again on player / bbc - powerful and to his left, gets a hand on and it goes up and to his left, not through his hands.

To drop or spill suggests you are trying to catch - which he did once (and did drop it). The others were difficult to deal with and he got fingertips to. Read all the reports and you will get a fair reflection on his performance and more importantly the team. As for ratings on here, I'll wait until we are a few more games into the season before making judgement.

geraldo - get real...facts:
Kean dropped exactly 1.
Pre season we had several keepers in. SE had to be patient, so should you.
SE will bring in more quality like Tutte...real quality as you state above who is actually 'one of his mates from Academy days'.

Col - an accurate and fair report of the game. IMO no mistake with the keeper, sure he'll prove his worth given time - you only have to see his previous Hartlepool ratings / comments. Give the lads time - 5 new players, SE knows we need some height at the back and with O'Grady fit we'll progress nicely. Given our first 2 league games are against 1st and 2nd favourites to go up I'm not in the least worried.
