Terrible news, was on the island of Kho Tao as it happens.
Ben had become a regular in our crowd over the last few seasons, and I'm not sure I've met such a genuinely friendly fella.
He'll be sorely missed.

Got to know ben quite well over the years while sitting up in q block and many many away games.
Lots of great memories. He was a character, but a genuinly lovely guy.

I knew Ben through work. I was flagged down this afternoon by another former work colleague who gave me this tragic news. He told me that Ben was involved in a tragic motorbike or moped accident on holiday in Thailand. The guy was in tears and had been all day. Ben was one of the most genuine blokes you could ever wish to meet. RIP mate
