The whole thing is a toothless waste of time.
If you are going for promotion then would you care if you broke the rules? By the time you declare it then youre up and they can't touch you until your relegated. At which time you've got parachute money in the bank.
If you're headed for the drop and spend big on someone who then bangs in 10-15, they have more than earned their 3 point deduction they cost you.

Exactly, all of that should have been done before the transfer window opened. We should have a list of players ready to bid for. Wtf have we been doing from the summer until January? The whole recruitment process seems chaotic. If Low is unavailable we should be ready to bid for the next target. We are wasting so much time. He won't be going there off his own back, I would suspect he has been asked to go over to show the player/s how much they are wanted.....even the manager has come over to see you.

It all seems very strange to me, is Williams to make a decision after watching one match. Granted the video scouts would have prepared a dossier and there would have been stats included, but to make a decision on one final match seems odd. |  | | |
