Where do you start with this one??? To be honest I’m not even going to attempt it but absolutely worst ive seen would probably contain Christer Warren, Bob Malcolm, Stefan Moore, Adam Czerkas (sp?), Zesh Rehman… and thats off the top of my head.

Takes a heck of a lot of thinking time to name worst ever eleven and we could all probably pick a dozen different teams.
But best team, we could all probably reel off just like that !!!

Take Ready and Roberts out. They both made a lot of appearances.
Yeah the Ready and Roberts argument grinds my gears a bit.
Totally accept they were downgrades on Stejskal and Peacock /Maddix etc but they made a lot of appearances at a very high level . Both played in Premier league and they continually compared to what came immediately before them
Tony Robert’s is an easy lazy choice. He played over 80 premier league games for us. He is also currently the goalkeeping coach at Inter Milan. He was ok

I'm not including loanees ( Priskin, Samba & Assou-Ekotto would be definites), so I have only five names to contribute. All from a time long ago!
Ron Springett (second time around) - I realise this will be very contentious.
Karl Elsey Victor Bloody Mobley (captain) Bobby Finch - still not forgiven for his sending off at Peterborough in the first round of the League Cup 1968
Brian Williams - not my least favourite player (that is Mobley), but without doubt the worst player to have worn the hoops
Thomas Docherty would be the man in charge, but that is due to personal dislike rather than that he was our worst manager. I still marvel that we employed somebody who I regard as a lower being than Harold!

Williams was pony, I agree with you there.
Some other candidates:
Sammy Koejoe, Dean Coney, Steve 'Bambi on Ice' Slade. Crister Warren, Michael Meaker, Luke Young, SWP....
'Always In Motion' by John Honney available on amazon.co.uk
Never get why bankole gets stick he only made a sub appearance. Played in a successful reserves team when it was proper football. He’s now our academy keeper coach. Was warren that bad? I’d place warren Barton and Brett angel on the list. Keeper wise il go for derek Richardson. Tony scully again was he that bad ? Keith Rowland is worth a shout and a surprise one maybe but Ian Dowie was awful as a player !

Roberts had some very good games. One I recall was the game V Chelsea when Dixon skied the pen. He was excellent.

Karl Ready, Steve Morrow, Tim Breacker, Keith Rowland
Tony Scully, Gavin Peacock, Shaun Wright-Phillips, Leon Jeanne
Iain Dowie, Mark Hateley
But also;
Matt Brazier, Brett Angel
Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. He runs like a cheetah, his crosses couldn't be sweeter. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore.

I'm having a serious chuckle here and really can't believe all this rose tinted revisionism about Coco the Clown Roberts. He was terrible. Exhibits A, B and C m'lud.

He averaged about 12 games a season whilst here and even if you take out the last couple of years when Seaman was here who he was not going to replace in a million years it's still only roughly 18.
Four successive managers; Don Howe, Gerry Francis, Ray Wilkins and Stewart Houston all didn't fully trust him to be number one choice and all signed their own first choices (Stejskal, Dijkstra, Sommer and Harper respectively).
He was fine playing for Dagenham & Redbridge in the Conference/L2 as that was his level.

Joey Barton should be somewhere on the scene due to his ability to completely divide and ostracise half the squad.
In my time watching...(and they have to have played a few times, and it's calibrated a bit by their reputation versus performance).
Cesar Malcolm - Rehman - Samba - The Warren/Bruce jobshare Barton - Sandro - Dozell - SWP Hately - Moore
Gash players like Sean Goss, Ben Gladwin, Lee Charles, Armel Tchakounte didn't play enough to make the cut. And Niko Ham just misses out. Controversially Bobby Zamora nearly sneaked in.
