You should have put last chance v Leicester . If they lose 3-0 at Arsenal it will be a decent result that’s how bad we are. If they don’t beat Leicester get rid.

We should of kept RH, everyone was losing to Newcastle at the time we sacked him.
Actually i disagree, the issue with Ralph was we didn't sack him soon enough. He should've been gotten rid of in the close season and a manager given proper time to build his own side ahead of the season.
Instead we had a toxic and broken squad who were already on course to relegation when the new manager came in (admittedly that manager was beyond inept).
And that's exactly why i think we shouldn't be dithering with Martin now, we need him binned off already, it's clear he's not good enough and the longer we leave it the more impossible the task is, and the more we narrow our odds of getting anyone half decent.
SR really have cocked up so much about the club to be honest, and it worries me they haven't learned from previous mistakes and been more ruthless to get what they want.

Agree with all of this.
While many would think that Martin would be the best manager to get us back up next season, it's hard to say how scarred he would be from this season's experience if we keep him and end up relegated on less than 20 points.
I thought he should be given more time but recent performances, more than the results, have convinced me that change is desirable and inevitable. He has had the opportunity and not shown that he is the man to turn it around. The worry is that any successor will not improve things. Others have alluded to the belief that the cause of our problems on the pitch stem from poor decisions taken by those at the top. This is depressing.
