This team should be well good enough to be in top 3. The performances, errors and lack of any meaningful threat to teams, is simply down to the set up and style of play.
Martin has to take full responsibility for this debacle.
Its been on cards since start of season with the Gillingham shambles. We were fortunate to get a point against Norwich, and rode our luck in the wins at Sheffield and QPR
