Has any other teams message board have an in-depth analysis for Championship clubs?

It’d be interesting to know what they say about QPR.

Coventry do a detailed one...

Gab Sutton does ridiculous levels of research. Loves a left-field prediction though, think he had Barnsley down as second last year which is even worse than our Huddersfield getting relegated call.

And for full transparency here's last year's projections - basically I was either right, or so wrong as to be farcical, and not many in between those two things... Ten teams to within a place or two, four teams literally the whole league table wrong.

1 - Sheff Utd -4
2 - Fulham +1
3 - Bournemouth +1
4 - Cardiff -14
5 - QPR -6
6 - Boro -1
7 - Millwall -2
8 - Barnsley -16
9 - Luton +3
10 - West Brom /
11 - Birmingham -8
12 - Stoke -2
13 - Forest +9
14 - Reading -7
15 - Swansea /
16 - Peterborough -6
17 - Blackpool /
18 - Coventry +6
19 - Bristol City +2
20 - Blackburn +12
21 - PNE +8
22 - Hudds +19 lol
23 - Hull +4
24 - Derby +1

Looks pretty good to me.

Wonder if you would have made money betting on the spread markets for each team, no idea, but I suspect you would, but you would need a strong nerve and bank account to do so!

Staggered by some of the comments about MB on this thread and it makes me wonder if people actually want us to do well

Very weird behaviour

Agree.

Clive has alluded to this syndrome before.

Some people, although not many on here in my experience, seem to get a kick out of being proved right and the way they prefer to do that is to spend their time constantly predicting doom and gloom.

Would get much more pleasure out of predicting success and being right myself, but there you go, it takes all sorts!

I think you're right, but I may be wrong.

There's an account on Twitter, Truth and Justice or something like that, who has gone so far down that rabbit hole I swear he hates QPR now more than any other team, and more than any fan of any other team could possibly hate us.

For avoidance of doubt I've ended up going...

1 - Boro
2 - Norwich
3 - Sheff U
4 - Watford
5 - Luton
6 - West Brom (I actually don't believe this, I chickened out when I saw how high lots of others had them)
7 - Burnley
8 - Millwall
9 - Coventry
10 - Swansea (again, I'm not sure I believe this myself)
11 - Stoke
12 - Hull (no clue really)
13 - Bristol City
14 - QPR
15 - Preston
16 - Sunderland
17 - Blackbyrn
18 - Hudds
19 - Cardiff
20 - Blackpool
21 - Wigan
22 - Reading
23 - Rotherham
24 - Birmingham

Well that's cheered me up

Nah he’s legit used to sit near a friend of mine in Ellerslie. I’ve got him blocked but just had a look and surprise surprise he’s telling everybody who’ll listen that we’re getting relegated.

The Not to the Top 20 podcast is a decent listen ranking their 1-24, not specific club fans but rather EFL fans in general. Think they've got us placed pretty fair

14th, sorry, just above PNE.

Goals. Simple as that. We started a season with Dykes and Bonne as our main strikers before, and we needed Austin to come in in January to bail us out of a relegation scrap. With Amos injured the central midfielders we've used all pre-season scored one goal between them last year, Field and Dozzell got nought. There remains a lack of pace in the team.

Hope I'm wrong, but I don't think we carry enough threat.

Not a lot there to dissuade me.
