Wouldn't be more interesting if you were allowed to use one arm at a throw in, think of the distance you could get , be as good as a corner, could cause havoc

How about having to take free-kicks and penalties with both feet, only fair.

How about taking throw ins with your feet but only back heels allowed?

How about taking them on the ground with your head? Dykes would be great at them!

Actually, after a bit of reflection, I'm in favour of one-armed throw-ins...but only by the goalkeeper. Could be a bit of fun at the end of a game.

I think one player from each team should be allowed to carry a mace.

This should be permitted only if the player has one arm

The reason both hands have to be on the side of the ball!
When I trained as a ref one of the first things I was taught that isn’t in the laws of the game was how to spot “a one handed throw”. A player will have one hand behind the ball and the other on the side, basically the one behind the ball is the one that propels it, the easiest way to spot it is to watch the way the ball spins.

Said footballer taking a throw in should lay on the floor on his back with a trombone at the ready, when the ref blows his whistle a ball boy should drop the towel dried football into the big open bit where the music comes out and said footballer should then blow like mad which should project the football upwards and back into the field of play at about 119 MPH.
This would cause a ridiculous amount of panic in the oppositions goal mouth and the Heathrow airport landing flight paths.
