Fcuking Match Thread v Preston 19:31 - Dec 1 with 28205 views

Firstly, we will win. Secondly, I was there last year with one of my nephews, an uninspiring day, but always enjoy seeing Gunga Din. Thirdly, sat opposite two of our more notorious fans from the 80's on my way home. Looking forward to some nostalgic alpha male banter on the trip back, sadly my travelling companions were sh!t faced and fell asleep before the train had even pulled out the station. Spent the journey listening to snoring and farting.

Went to challenge, seemed to pull out or change his mind but still caught their lad on the ankle. To be fair it might've looked like a stamp to the ref but there was no intent and no force, I think. Preston players surrounded the ref, the "hurt" player had his leg replaced and seems ok again. PNE header. Wide.

BBC Final Score tells me it was on their Capitain Tom Clarke too.

Good half from Rangers.

First twenty-two minutes we were far better than them with great energy and tactically excellent. The shape and attacking play really suited Washington who looked extremely dangerous. The only danger was their aerial dominance on the odd occasion they got forward.

Since the sending-off we've been disciplined and solid with good shape and good team play (probably easier to judge this live when you can see the full pitch, granted).

The sending-off looked harsh to me, though I'm not 100% convinced in my mind. it's a hard one to call. It has left us with two raw wingers defending for their lives and an extremely inexperienced set of subs that we will have to use as fatigue kicks in.

This won't be easy, but I fancy us to take a draw.
