I know i am a broken record on this but was saying the same under Redknapp and now under Ramsey, it may well be time to change the manager but I wouldn't trust those in charge to get the replacement right and think with every managerial change they have made us worse. If Lee Hoos was in charge of selecting the next manager I'd have a lot of confidence after he appointed Eddie Howe, Pearson and Dyche in the past but he won't be so god help us.

Out of the list on the previous pages the one I would plump for would be Justin Edinburgh, done a very good job for Newport County and now has Gillingham up the top of League One. Seems to know what he is doing in a way that Gary Rowett did at Burton and now at Brum. Can't see the likes of Rowett being attracted to QPR unless we pay him a whole wedge more than what he is getting at the moment. | |

While I'm not averse to the club speaking to two or three people, can someone explain how this fabled 'interview process' will make any difference?
If Bryan Robson turns up with an incredible Allardyce-style powerpoint presentation of his grand 10-year plan for European domination and the best youth set up this side of La Masia, will that carry more weight than someone who, you know, has had some kind of managerial success?
By all means meet a couple of people who you've carefully identified as being ambitious, forward-thinking, attacking and perhaps with some degree of success behind them. This is like appointing a CEO, not some drone to run the PR dept. |  |
