The mistake about Tanser substitution on other sites too (Sporting Life). because Tanser started the game there are only three subs, unless replacements made before the game but after teamsheets submitted are counted as subs for the purposes of the maximum that can be used per game. We only substituted 3 players who started the game. | | | |

Overheard two preston fans on the way out of the ground say their diving was embarrassing. Says it all. 1-0 to a team who look dead Certs for auto promotion is no shame.
On a side note I've got to mention that there were Some absolute cretins in our support today racist chanting about Beckford and monkey noises after he scored. Embarrassing and no need for that shite at all. Even worse when you consider how many of our players are black - the same players they no doubt sing the names of. |  |

Very good performance from Dale, really unlucky to be coming away from the Deepdale with nothing to show for it. Henderson really should have done better with his header, and it looked a little too easy for Beckford to get his shot off, and those two incidents decided the game.
Preston aren't a bad side, but their gamesmanship is appalling, with Garner in particular nothing short of a disgrace.
We defended really well, Rose had another good game in front of the back 4, and TK looks far more comfortable in the centre. Cannon looked sensational both going forward and in defence, easily my MOM.
The only frustration for me was the introduction of RNL. Again today he created nothing, and took impetus and shape out of our attack. Can't think for the life of me why Hilly consistently turns to him, when to be honest, he very rarely makes any impact when coming off the bench.
Lots to be positive about, play like that on Monday and the result will follow. [Post edited 3 Apr 2015 17:44]

Agree with the Reubs assessment. I have been in favour of his introduction as he is the only one of us seemingly prepared to have a crack but that has gone out of his game.
