Are we now in a downward spiral? 16:05 - Jan 27 with 2048 viewsvetchonian

With today's news of Grimes wanting away on top of the Luke Williams saga, lack of signings downturn in results are we now in a downward spiral?

With season ticket sales expected to be well down on this seasons and the subsequent reduction in income are we looking at us ending up in LG 1 or worse.

It seems we have sent acadamy players out on loan sold Abdulai in an attempt to balance the books..

Things are not good at the club...and that is not all down to Williams surely...has he instructed the club to send all those players out on loan.

There was much joy when we heard Coleman had relieved us of Jase and Steve but is it now a case of out of the frying pan and into the fire?

Poll: Should Coleman ask Curt for advice/help?

A good ownership model at a football Club is key and absolutely crucial

We have been seriously short in this department and therefore struggling for many years now

Through the measured committed hard work of our managers and staff we have been able to be more than competitive at Championship level. With Potter, Martin, Cooper and now Williams we have more than held our own. You do sense now that we are entering some turbulence that might be too tricky to safely navigate and it all stems from the top. It’s so easy to blame a manager when often their hands are tied either partly or completely.

These are tough times. It’s not the Swansea City we knew sadly.

I’m hoping to see a few new players in over the next week which will give everyone a boost to see out the season. We aren’t safe yet. That’s for sure. And then hopefully we can see some support for our manager whether that’s Luke or as seems more likely someone else.

Only an idiot would eat a turkey curry on Christmas day

Time for the rest of the players to take responsibilities, hoping there is enough quality and desire by a relatively young group of players to stand up together as a team and prove we aren't a one man team.
