Not an easy decision. We had to take the results to the courts in Switzerland. They took it very seriously. It’s not a human rights decision but it is right to be human decision, that was the final announcement.
The votes they adjudged as coming from a section of the community that hardly ever leave their houses or institutions, potentially in older times would be in their local glasshouse. These results are a sign that signs are not always needed, especially on public roads.
On our 321 scoring system it's a draw. To have two Scotsmen on a tie was only matched by last years winner Resloven. All three hail from the highlands of Scotland but only one has given birth. One is famed for making his own goat sausages and one for appearing on Neighbours three times. This has been a long and protracted competition, it's your choice, who should receive the honour ? Richardo or WhiteRocking ? Or do you favour the final result as a tie ?

In the event of this inconclusive result I am prepared to carry on as the defacto sitting soley elected POTY candidate from 2023. I know this would be the most practical and popular decision.

I agree, no final list of nominations, the voting process clouded in secrecy and hidden behind ' pm me if you want' dictatorial proclamations. Delay after delay and surprise, surprise after weeks of silence and no doubt manipulation of the vote we get a fudged decision of ' it's a tie ' and an indecisive and weak request asking us what we want to do.
This website is no more than a banana republic run by a tin pot dictator, living in exile and imposing their will on a population that has no representation or recourse.

Excellent sportsmanship, you are both worthy winners, but after Rich was well and truly tucked up last year meaning a substandard dreamer and a troll unbelievably won.
