The 'most exits in the third round' record that we hold. 10:19 - Jan 10 with 2473 views | Bluce_Ree | Anyone know the numbers for this? Who is in second place and how far behind are they? I'm sick of this FA Cup BULLSHIT and I'm going to send my hardest thoughts and prayers towards us being the second biggest tw@ts in the competition's history instead of the worst.

Blimey that’s taken some doing then as we’ve only started in the 3rd round since about 1967. Prior to that we were in various forms of the Third Division, as I recall?

Apart from four seasons in the late40s/early 50s when we were playing in the second division and naturally exited the FA Cup at R3 every season... [Post edited 10 Jan 13:13]

It's a tied record at least. Annoyingly, I have to root for Brentford tomorrow as they are playing Plymouth.

I know what you're saying and I get it. F**k Brentford but as good as they are doing now, I can't muster up anything but apathy towards them. Same as Fulham. I come from an age where they just don't matter. And they will never matter. Right now I'd rather us not be the biggest c*nts in FA Cup history. And if that means Plymouth losing to a bunch of nobody f*ckwits who have contrived a real hatred of us, so be it. Although, I'll be happy if Brentford eat shit in the 4th round. Pointless c*nts.

The 'most exits in the third round' record that we hold. on 01:10 - Jan 11 with 822 views | scot1963 | I remember at the beginning of the last match when we went out I'd heard them say that we held the record of 50 exits and then at the end it was 52. I thought jesus I know we've got a bad 3rd round cup record but even we can't lose twice in one game but seems I'd misheard and it was 51 at the start

The 'most exits in the third round' record that we hold. on 17:01 - Jan 11 with 274 views | ManinBlack | Plymouth have been dreadful away from home so naturally they win at Brentford while we got stuffed. Morale booster for them and the opposite for us for next week's game. With West Brom losing 5-1 at Bournemouth and Norwich losing 4-0 at home to Brighton and our result today, it shows that any mistakes and letting Premiership teams boss possession means you get punished as these teams more likely to take their chances compared to Championship sides. Brighton and Bournemouth though are half decent Premier League teams though so you can understand those score lines where to me Leicester are a poor PL side who we'll be playing league games against next season. Came into this on five straight defeats and fourteen goals conceded and were there for the taking with the right team selection by us. Getting beaten 6-2 by them is IMO fcking embarrassing. True enough as we won at Leicester last season. It is correct Brighton and Bournemouth are better than Leicester, but then people may suggest West Brom and Norwich are better than us going by league positions. Today is a reminder we are nowhere near good enough for the Premiership if Leicester aren't either so we should forget about any nonsense about making the play offs after a good recent run. You are right it is a shocking result today but whenever we take a big following away in the cup we usually lose.
