The beefiest ever QPR player 06:44 - Oct 12 with 8766 viewsoldmeadoniansR

Who is the most Beefy player you have seen play for us? I mean broad shouldered barrel chested. I'm not thinking Alan Mcdonald as too tall or Sammy Lee as too small but I am thinking Robbie James. Anyone else out there to challenge this prime Welsh beef?

Come to think of it, the ghost of Robbie James would be just the kind of Welsh rocket up the collective arse of our flouncy Scandi midfield that would make us all sleep better at night right now. Club legend who astonishingly played around 500 games for Swansea, the likes of which you'll never see again in the modern game, and around 900 apps over a 25-year career, plus a half-century for Wales. Sadly collapsed and died playing for Llanelli at the age of 40.

The sort of workaholic role model who should make the likes of the desultory crust of vaguely Welsh rarebit Tyler Roberts (40 apps, 3 goals, since stinking us out in 2022, currently farmed out to the mighty Northampton) want to take premature retirement out of sheer embarrassment.

Sir Les liked a bench press and if you met his dad you can see where he gets it from. Andy Impey wasn't muscled off the ball often either.

I remember one of the fanzines christening Sammy Kojoe "Sammy Two-Bums" as he was literally more aŕse than footballer.

Dan Shittu for me - remember meeting him and being amazed at the sheer scale of him when I was a teen.

Michy Frey is up there though!

Surprised no mention of Devon White White White. Legs the size of tree trunks and about as mobile. Absolute legend

Oh and Bob Hazell

I liked Cullip a lot. Remember him being more old school hard as fk rather than big. Honourable mention for Damion Stewart.

Was pretty horrified by the size of Andre Gray's backside. It had its own postcode !!!

The much maligned Taylor Richards, although appearances very sparse, he put on more and more timber as time went on !!

Anton Ferdinand, while not overly beefy had the most improbably large arse. His shorts would have contained three normal sized Arrises.
