Over the years we have had many young players taken aside by senior players and told in no uncertain terms to behave. The problem we have now is with social media being so prevalent there is nowhere to hide. [Post edited 4 Aug 21:26]

Looking back, I did really stupid things in my twenties and could be a right dick at times but there was no social media and everyone didn't have a camera in their pocket.
I grew up in my own time and space without it being broadcast to the world.
Helping youngsters who are on as much money in a month or two as most people are on in a year should be a high priority at every club. |  | | |

Criticising him is like throttling a puppy .
He is exasperating ,IMO,as I think he has real ability but is asked to do too much .
It’s just my opinion.

This does not sound like a bad apple but it could be williams being pragmatic like Potter was.
