Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.

Been obvious for ages that Byers should be starting every week.

We’re not very good are we?

From dominating against the likes of Arsenal to a few years later struggling against Preston North End.

Club is a mess.

Edit ..... ignore that we’re going up!!!

A really poor performance overall, barring a couple of pockets of good play in the second half.

Bidwell, despite his assist, is a poor player.
Fulton can't be starting.
Byers yet again shows his class and why he should start.
Kalulu disappointing.

That's not the game i watched, unless you only saw the first half.

Second half was like a different team, think the Byers for Kalulu substitution made the difference.

Disappointed with Bidwell first half, much better second half. Same could be said for Celina too

Groo does what Groo does best

For those of you who couldn't see the goals. There is a real striker in Borja, two classy finishes.

The pleasing thing looking at that is that we are really getting numbers in the opposition box this year. In previous years it would have been maybe one on his own heavily marked and easily cleared but that first goal they have no idea who to pick up.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

The proverbial game of two halves. A sluggish start and largely AWOL midfield left us chasing shadows and under pressure in the first half and we were lucky to be level at the interval. Second half was a vast improvement.

We haven't quite got the midfield mix right yet IMO. Not entirely sure we've got the players to do so.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Rodon is utter rubbish, by far the worst defender we've got.

Anyway, winning when not playing very well is fine by me.

Onwards!

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.

It's good to see that the Preston fans are taking it well.

Rodon made mistakes today misplaced passes etc, but to say he was rubbish is ridiculous, took responsibility didn't hide and defended well.
PNE were superb working us out Grimes was shutdown along with MVH. This forces us down the flanks or playing long into Borja, Bidwell couldn't hit a cow in the arse with a banjo let alone find a player. In the first half we played with 9 as Lulu and Celina were passengers. Fulton worked his butt off putting himself about trying to shutdown. Could someone explain or suggest why we bought Bidwell very one footed, but can cross??

Nerdy question but according to the BBC Swans are 4th behind WBA despite our stats being identical. Anyone explain why?

We're above Millwall who also have 7 points.

The Guardian has us in 3rd in their table.
