It is quite obvious that if anything is up for grabs then WL offer up a Cardiff site only. Unless it is a prison when they offer up 14 across Wales!
They then offer an incentive (our taxes) for it to go to Cardiff.
You can add to that about £2m for the Volvo Ocean Race going to Cardiff Bay. After all it is a well known center of Ocean Racing so it must be for the Good Of Wales. |  |

There are also film studios in Llanharan (close to Pencoed) which never seem to be used. |  | | |
