Agreed, another vote here for Hendo. Echo what others have said about his sending off being a poorly timed attempt to stop a counter rather than a rush of blood to the head. I'd even argue (sure many will disagree because of Sat) that this run in has seen him turn into a Jones-esque figure for his on the pitch leadership. Against Wigan he was really vocally organising the defensive offside trap- and that was when we were 4-0 down.
The other day there was an interview with Mark Hughes who was saying he had asked Guardiola how he managed to make the players work so hard during a game and training. Guardiola had replied that it was easy when the best two players in the team, Silva and De Bruyne ran more than any other player. I think this analogy could easily apply to Rochdale and Henderson. |  | | |
