Perfect Player works well for me. There is a thread on their site for setting up Kodi, not tried it as Perfect Player seems much more reliable and my Android box & Firestick

You have to sign up first (top rh corner)
Then create new message asking for free trial / paid trial / subscription.
One of admin will then get in touch
Takes a few minutes but worth it
