-did Kaplan and Levein say on record that HJ and LD told them to keep the trust out of negotiations?
-did HJ send a letter asking for the SHA to be annulled?

I know we've made some duff signings but surely the wages we've saved on the likes of Shelvey, Ayew and Llorente (and many others) is less than we're spending on their replacements. And that's before you get into the profit made in previous windows.

What doesnt make sense to me is he says were in better shape than ever and says that the mericans chose us because of the way we were operating to get where we were. He also say they needed to sell because we were heading for the same meltdown his other business dealings have gone (I presume?) So why sell to people who were impressed with a business heading for oblivion? They fell for JTAK and saw the club as a cash cow and were going to milk it and move on.
