Like the rest of us (expats) who see the games on TV, you are at the disadvantage of being a ball watcher. Sure, FF looks static and stranded when Long scores but bad players don´t get into the Argentine national squad, and it was a great counter punch by Southampton. I agree about BB, looked like a frightened rabbit caught in the headlights

Is the Latymers pub (Fullers brewery) near the Novotel still a good place to watch sport? The Thai food there is excellent.

A good job that I was watching the ball because Fernandez certainly wasn't. He's been a liability since signing whether he's an Argentinan international or not. Hopefully he is improving beause he certainly owes us a season or two's wages and performances in my opinion.

Noticed your post - seems interesting they were very quick to say it was all down to the players players not Bobo, yet the mod there very eager to stamp on anyone claiming their hero was out of his depth.

Isn't it incredible how utterly shite Mr Bradley on 10:08 - Feb 2 by nierika | Both Guidolin and Bradley sucked. I think we'd also be in a better position if we hadnt lost to f'ing HULL AT HOME when they had about 14 able bodied players. |
I actually disagree. This season has been a shambles largely down to two factors. The shambolic August transger window and the insistence on appointing Bradley against all logic. Guidolin was going to have a bad run at some point and Bob was going to come in. If we had beaten Hull (not sure if you watched the game but we were by far the better team), Guidolin would have had a few more games and it would have delayed Bobs appointment. It would have been an absolute disaster if he was still here approaching his 11th game, with Hull on the up and Palace having appointed a competent manager. The only saving grace is we (hopefully) sacked him early enough. You are going to have to get used to threads like this because he utterly fcked us with his incompetence and was too arrogant to see it. Turning us into a laughing stock in 11 games isn't the sort of thing people brush under the carpet.

And he didn't have to blame the fans for his ineptitude either. But he did. And that makes him a loser.

On the plus side our players now kick with their instep and a couple of them can shield the ball.

We performed much better under Guidolin and we probably would have picked up quite a few points against the 'lesser' teams if he remained at the helm Now matter how much you bleat, it won't change the fact that Bob was utterly clueless who could talk himself up and not much else. Bob the bullshiter.

Spot on... I have said time and again Fernandez is very poor indeed. NapolI must have pee'd themselves when we parted with £8 million for him. His distribution is shocking. Passing more than 5 - 10 yards inevitably ends in giving the ball to the opposition. I'm amazed just how many have washed over the goal we conceded. How he could just let that come across him like he did is beyond me. That said did feel Fabianski didn't cover himself in any glory either. However, my biggest issue is with Fabianski and in fact the entire defence. I just dont think there is anywhere near enough communication between the 5 of them. Maybe had Fabianski or even Mawson given Fernández a shout he may just have made an effort to block the cross .

Well it's quite astounding that he had the job, and he's nearly fúcked us up. So it's not a surprise that people are up in arms.
