If they'd have got Bob the builder in a couple of series ago, it'd been bloody done by now.
Guessing the contract has gone to the grandson (or granddaughter!!) of someone in the commercial department and they're just waiting until (s)he's old enough to have been through nursery, school, college and university to get his design and build quals.
