Completely hypothetical question for you all this fine Monday morning.....
Lets fast forward to the end of the 2017-2018 season and presume (hopefully!) that the Swans are still in Premier League?
An offer to manage at a top club comes in that Garry is probably ready to take up and we reluctantly give him our blessing.
Wales too are still punching above their weight after having had a decent World Cup qualifying campaign (maybe even getting to the 2018 finals?) with Chris Coleman still in charge.
Would you then consider offering the vacant Swans job to Coleman a step forward or step back?

Well let's say if monk stays with us for the next 3-4 seasons I wouldn't be suprised if we get a few more old players on the books. Imagine how a player like Rangel would do as a manager (been with the club so long and obviously has the passion). To me he looks like the type of player who is not afraid to voice his opinion.
I can imagine us looking in house for new managers and keep to our system. Always thought that it's more than just a manager here. If one piece of the backroom staff puzzle goes then the board would just put a new piece in. | | | |
