Awesome awesome win !! very pleased with that and it now means we are safe for another season, absolutly fantastic result .

Villa looked decent in fairness but jonjo's goal knocked the stuffing out of them a bit.

Cant see Villa going down mind, i thought they played some good stuff and they had us on the rack at times .

We can now relax and enjoy watching Sunderland .

Villa's play is what made it such a good win, earlier in the year we could have folded to that pressure.
It was a really GREAT result.

Slightly iffy first half but only one team in it in the second. Cracking win.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

I agree with that, they suprised me with the way they created space and moved us around, they were getting behind and pulling us all over the place. We rolled up our sleeves and worked for the win, Pablo worked very hard and kepted plugging away and was pleased for him to get a goal,we all saw what it meant to him in his celebration.

Canas and Poz are on the way out though arnt they ? foulton coming on and making his debut tells us something i suppose

Foulton coming on before Emnes surprised me, but I assume at 3:1 GM thought it was safe to do so.
It is becoming more obvious the more he plays that the less disciplined Defenses are terrified of Emnes and can't cope with him as he is so direct.

I mentioned earlier in the thread that I was surprised as to why Ash was pressing the wide player and Ben was slotting in as a centre half. That helped them.

But yes, when Villa stop crying like spoilt brats and stop rotational fouling they play some reasonable stuff. I like their quick re starts at free kicks and throw ins

They were pretty cynical again today, especially the kick to the back of Bony's ankle and the pull back on Emnes.

I thought that they also dive quite well too, well fall over when contacted.
They won themselves quite few free kicks.

Bunch of "orrible" hypocrites

A disgrace that a club with such stature has had to put up with kick/butt/spit/elbow merchants such as Lambert and O'Neill

I'm sure his philosophy is not attuned to what Huw and the board want from a manager

absolutely buzzing what a great feeling again, whats the story with foulton?

Emnes has to be permanent now he can make a difference, lets make sure we buy him straight away.

Cracking performance, liked how we got involved after villas stunts/fouling/diving!
And how we upted the tempo when we needed to.

We are good enough to hold this middle ground for a while yet at this level.

We've passed the 60 minute mark. I will be keeping a close eye on Jonjo.

Hope you was watching very closely... Shelvey still creating chances in the 91st minute..... Constructive arguments my arse... You are just an horrible little being that thrives on negativity. You know very little about football but write so much so people think you do. You are an absolute cock and a poisonous little one at that.......... Bet you cant wait for the next match to see if he makes a mistake. Jesus, who needs enemies with supporters like you.

I do honestly think it should be a point scoring time towards people that have been dreadfully negative for months.
Why shouldn't it be FFS?

Jonjo played well for the most part. I'm glad he did. I simply observe and report players faults, where as most turn a blind eye towards them. I am not a negative person, I just tell it how it is instead of worrying about what people may think of what I say.

Fully agree DYS you are a poisonous cretin with no real football knowledge....I expect you thought jonjo's goal was a misplaced cross? brilliant performance against an organised team who were more than up for it.....well done gary and team!

Every day I thank the good Lord for the blessings he gives me. Every new day gives me a new opportunity to laugh at the red chumps up the road.
