Helped massively by playing in the most negative Swansea team in years, but yes, he was pretty good under Sousa.
Layton Maxwell is definitely up there, can't agree with Cotterill or Bean though, they were hardly world beaters, but they were decent enough. Bean played in a few of our big wins under Jackett didn't he? |  | | |

Personally I think its difficult to compare players from Lge2 - Prem.
From prem its impossible to beat Vazquez and Shekter for total garbage and we had some total rubbish in lge 2.
Amazed no one has mentioned Coates and Howard. Got to be the worst regular starters.
Abbot and Amankwah Fallon FM lge 1.
From lge 2 the list is endless! Most already mentioned.

Kuqi scored many goals for us.
Beattie scored many goals for us, some of which were instrumental in us ending up where we are today. Without the winner against Boro in the 4-3, who knows what position we would have ended up in the table and our opponents in the semi final and final could have been vastly different.
Many names brought up may not be of the same standard as Wilfried Bony and co but they played an important part in us rising to where we are now. Use some common sense. |  |
