It doesn't seem like Trump needs to be tricked into saying dumb shit, he's effortlessly capable of saying dumb shit unprompted, all you need is a microphone. I mean, take your pick from countless examples. My favourite's injecting yourself with bleach to beat covid. |

The last government simplified (their words) alcohol duties by making them fiendishly complicated, so beer under 3.4% is £9.27 per litre and £21.01 between 3.5% and 8.5%. They did something similar to wine.
I generally buy British when it comes to beer - picked up a mixed dozen from Kernel the other week. Their Export Stout - London 1890 (7.6%) is as good a beer as you'll find. They ain't cheap but at my age life's too short for cheap beer. |

It does remind me what a friend of mine said to me about a relationship she had with a PL/Champ footballer - that pro footballers live in a parallel universe that's very regimented and detached from the outside world. |
