To be fair it almost became mocking when he just took every free kick and the commentator suggested he'd take Slovenia's as well. I thought Slovenia were heroic and Oblak incredible but overall the right team one and I'm not a huge fan of Portugal but they really the only team looking to win on the front foot. I hope France despatch them. |

I loved Georgia's energy but Spain just look so good and so slick. By far the best team so far in this competition. Nico Williams is such a wonderful player to watch. |

Waking up in the night and finding my cats asleep on the bed with me.
Being able to afford to give a homeless person a meal or get them into a shelter.
Breaking a Daim bar into lots of pieces, eating the chocolate off each piece and then crunching on the almond caramel bit in the middle. |

4-4-2. I'd have Bellingham playing the number 8 role and driving play. Rice next to him. I'd put Gordon on the right, Palmer on the left and play Watkins and Kane as a front 2. If we just play one up top we'll run into all the same issues against what will probably be another park the bus team on Sunday. I feel for Foden but not sure how he fits in with a starting 11. But then you would have Foden, Eze, Mainoo, Wharton and Trent-Arnold to affect the midfield if needed and Saka, Tonie and Bowen to affect the front 3 as well if called upon. |

He appears to be a right back. I'm guessing he can also play wingback.
The good thing is is we get him and he's any good we can eventually sell him to Hevertton. |

I do think we should adopt the Brentford thing of only changing one kit a season, either the home or away one. It seems to be levering too much out of the fans every season to change everything. |

How good were Georgia!!! Absolutely brilliant against Portugal. Their number 7 and goalkeeper were outstanding and they hunted everyone down in packs. Best team defensive and breaking performance I've seen in years. Brilliant. |
