A rare visitor from South Wales here - breaking Welsh lockdown rules and in West London for the moment.
As part of our coverage of Saturday's game then we have a extensive build up ahead of the game which you may want to check out at the link below - interesting this morning to see that someone has updated Warburton's wikipedia to say that he will be sacked - based on what I was reading earlier not sure there will be any tears shed from your end.

As has been discussed on here in recent weeks and thank you everyone for your patience through some teething problems, we are now officially leaving Fans Network behind.
I would like to thank Gavin and his team for their work in supporting Planet Swans since we moved here in 2014, during which the site has recorded more than 100 million page views.
However, the time is for us to move on and you can now visit the Planet Swans webiste at https://www.planetswans.co.uk and the forum at https://www.planetswans.co.uk/forum.
If you haven't already registered then you will need to - GDPR regulations clearly mean that we cannot transfer your user details from here, nor would we want to.
Planet Swans has been around in it's current (and previous guise of JackArmy.net) since the turn of the century and I hope that it will continue for many more years to come. It has seen some of the highest years the Swans have experienced as well as some of our lowest lows.
We hope that you all come with us on the move and enjoy the site as much as you have enjoyed our home here.

There are some key discussion topics still open on here (the legendary Brexit thread for one!) and they will remain open here and be moderated by the network.

Finally, the new forum is now as it should be ready for the move

As was said yesterday it is also mobile responsive so will work well on your mobile devices.
The planned site move is still this weekend where the domain names will change to be pointed at the new site. |

Sad news this morning of the passing of a fellow Jack - Simon Davies from Carmarthen.
One of life's good guys, someone I met on a few MAGs trips in the past and also on a professional level as well. Will be sadly missed.

It is at times like this that communities club together.
Many people that post on here will have their own businesses hit by what is happening out there.
if your business has been hit by tough times then please feel free to advertise it on this thread or ask for help to see if there is anything that others can do.
I'm not sure that it will provide a solution for everyone but if it makes a difference for even one person then this thread is worthwhile

Please think before posting about other posters who may be at high risk or have friends and relatives at high risk.
Anxiety suppresses the immune system, so think about the impact of your post and can you justify the content versus its effect on others.
Support what we all need to do, helping others, social distancing and contributing to saving lives.
Laughter helps, innocuous humour will be a tonic.

News from the Trust
Discussions on sale of Trust shares put on hold.
Dear Phil
We have been advised by the majority owners of Swansea City that they intend to put discussions around the sale of some of the Trust's shares to the owners of the club on hold. When informing us of this, the owners of the club cited the ongoing concerns among some Trust and Trust Board members about aspects of the share sale and also the majority owners own desire to concentrate on on-field matters.
As the mandate from Trust members to sell shares was given in July 2017 and there will now be a further delay in fulfilling that mandate, the Trust Board can confirm that a further members’ consultation will take place to ensure the Trust Board is acting on the current views of its membership on how we proceed from this point.
We will provide a further update to members as soon as possible.
