Communication to the public on both has been woeful.

The 20 mph is in place in many English cities.
First year figues in Wales now say ….. ‘The first year of a controversial Welsh speed limit saw around 100 fewer people killed or seriously injured on 20 and 30mph roads, ministers have said’.
I think thats enough to shut most half sensible people up.

Not as convinced by the new dog racing ban, but i look forward to understanding more.

If Wales sold its water for the market value, then everyone in wales could have cheaper water both urban and rural.

Average bills outlooked for five years time after stated price increases.

Dwr Cymru: £645
Southern Water: £642
Anglian Water: £631
Wessex Water: £614
South West Water: £610
Yorkshire Water: £607
Thames Water: £588
United Utilities: £585
Severn Trent Water: £583
Hafren Dyfrdwy: £557

We are being taken for fools.
Whilst 243 billion litres of water supplied from Wales to England annually.

Yes he is wrong.
He does not care about better Health outcomes.

You see hospitals, Farage sees money.

If he can fool you that privatisation is a good thing/only thing then it hides his real motive which is to funnel lots of fat NHS outsource cash to his posh mates.
Think covid contracts.
They wont invest in water and rail, and they wont invest in hospitals either.

Farage is not your mate.
When your fathers and grandfathers were down the pit, his granfathers owned the mines.
Welsh people should be able to see straight through him.

When Farage tells you who his is, then believe him.

Are you suggesting that the 243 billion litres of water supplied from Wales to England annually is somehow not required…?

You should tell people they are wasting their time and money, good on you …..

Yes, its an important principle that small nations might be free.

But ….. it cant be at the cost of hundreds of thousands of young lives.
In that respect Trump has a point, the fighting needs to end now and the talking needs to start.
Land will be traded for peace.
European troops will be deployed in Ukraine to keep the Russuans at bay until Putin shuffles off.

Trump will claim personal credit as he really does not give a toss.

Totally agree.
Welsh water is a con job.

All water companies need to be returned to full state ownership asap so that long term investments can be made. Another failed legacy from Thatcher.

Water then sold at fair market value … with the benefits going to the welsh tax payer.

Water can then be made cheaper in Wales.
This is turn will attract industries that use a lot of water like brewing etc.

No - not everyone, just you.

I was correct on welsh water being taken from us without the market value being paid, try that with oil in the Arab lands. This follows coal of course.

I am right about Westminster giving Scotland and the north of Ireland a BH for their national days but denying the welsh govt request for parity.
Its a bit like the disrespect for the Crown Estate and HS2.
Notice a pattern.

Hows that fence you keep sitting on ?

We are talking Bank Holidays so we can all celebrate our wonderful nation.

No need for Wales to accept anything less if its good enough for Scotland, the north of Ireland and Englands football team ….

I take the point but Scotland and the north of Ireland seem to manage it ok.

Plus not a problem apparently if the England football team ever won anything ….

Only a problem if Wales asks ….

Well ….. you are going to love this.

St Patrick is a Bank Holiday in the north of Ireland.
St Andrew is a Bank Holiday in Scotland since 2006.
St George is not a BH in England.

So what about St Davids day ?
Must be a BH right ? Wrong.

St Davids day has been Welsh Govt policy ‘We've repeatedly asked the UK government for the Senedd to have the powers to make St David's Day a bank holiday, and it's disappointing to see these requests continue to be refused’. Even Senedd Tories support it.

But uk govt say no … ‘The UK Government has justified giving Scotland and Northern Ireland an extra bank holiday while denying one to Wales because they have “different histories, economic, social, cultural and legal systems”.

So its inconsistent bollox, file under HS2 bollox.

To be clear the Welsh Govt were not asking for an extra day but rather just move one if the May BHs.

You might think that Westminster does not want to encourage us to feel more proudly welsh.
Some local councils in Wales have just done it and given staff the day off.
Concerts, sporting events … fun, laughter, singing… good heavens no, we cant risk that.

BH for England winning the Euro’s (you have to laugh mun) was on the cards, no probs at all.

Corbyn suggested all 4 nations get all 4 days off.
England Wakes have least number of BHs in Europe.
