Would somebody be kind enough to ask if the club have sought legal advice around the company who fitted the super pitch not so long ago with an alleged 10 year guarantee? For instance: if there was any possibility of the club having to move from Spotland, it'd need to be established that a Golden Share (which is essentially a block on the sale of the ground) didn't get in the way, if that was in the best interests of the club | |

Do you believe we need the golden share with the Ogdens in charge Judd because i dont ,put a clause somewhere if thy sell it has to happen but i just see them as a way forward and this needs to be shown to them. | | | |
