How is Marti meant to play Kolli and Frey upfront against Norwich in 3 days time? That would be mad, you'd be risking both strikers in one game when we only have two strikers. I think MC knows better than do daft things like that. |

I don't think it's lucky that results improved around Xmas so Nourry could send us salutations and an update. If we were bottom I'm pretty sure this message would not have been released. I thought it was quite a good update. Can't see any incoming signins in January, except a left back. |

Not sure we can say that Celar is a waste of money, got the goals and started to look a lot better. Just the injury stopped him. Madsen, yeah I'll give you that! |

Blimey, he speaks! Fair play putting that out and addressing some of our concerns, someone at the club must be reading this site. 😏 I like the youngsters getting picked for older age groups to develop them quicker. Don't really get the explanation regarding the left back and striker recruitment. It's left us really short and I read it as he accepts they made a mistake, especially the left back position. Fair play though, better than the silent treatment. 👍 |

What's more scary is that Spurs deemed him not good enough! For us he's great, highlights the gulf between PL and Championship sadly. |

Totally agree, but I can't see a single player being offered a new deal. I'd hope Kolli and Dunne are kept, but the rest I can see being jettisoned come May. I think it is merely based on wages and getting cheaper options. Cook and Colback alone must be on a fair whack. |

Match 5 😯 Going a bit early due to Xmas and I'm not changing the format as I'm becoming more superstitious the longer this run continues. Will the Welsh valleys be filled with the joyous choir melodies of Rangers fans celebrating another good result? Will The Rs refuse to go gentle into that good night? Does Matri look younger when QPR do well? Those Ancient Alien Astronaut theorists give a resounding Yes! Tough game, no Cook, but we are looking difficult to breakdown. Going for a 1-0 win, but be delighted with a draw. Happy Xmas everyone, and safe journey to those making the trip along the M4. U Rs! |

Yeah, those 11 years in football he did before he turned 26 have certainly helped. Child genius. "Only one left back, Marti? Nah, we'll be OK, but I got you another right back just in case." |

I'm gonna get crucified for this, but...... I don't see it, though there is a caveat. To me I think he would be much better as the 10, behind the forward. I know needs must at the moment, but he appears wasted as the lone striker. I'd like to see him behind Celar, with Chair and Dembele either side. Now that forward line would have serious creativity, pace, movement and goals. |

Ashby was brought in because Santos is crap, nothing to do with covering left back. |

I don't think the issue with Nourry is the signings, most of us know that they take time to settle etc. I've defended Celar and Madsen on here numerous times. You can't though go into a season depleted in key positions. That is just fckin stupid. Bizarrely some on here defend Nourry while at the same time sl*gging off his signings - Madsen & Celar mostly. It's a shame Nourry has become so divisive within the fan base. Thank God for Marti though. |

You don't sell/release Willock, Armstrong and Dykes and dont sign Hayden with the expectation that your new signings won't be starters. Maybe Morgan and Morrison, but that just highlights how unbalanced the squad is. Nourry is getting away with it as MC has sacrificed style over substance. To play the QPR way which he banged on about (or implied) means the squad still needs a massive overhaul again next summer. |

I liked his high five to the kids in the SB Stand and Lower Loft at the end of the game. He seems a little mad. Football wise, said when we signed him I said he looks like a not as good Patrick Viera, which is meant as a compliment. He has all the attributes to be a really good midfielder. |

Loved Field tipping Woodmans water away. Funniest thing I've seen since the ballboys kept nicking the towels for the Milwall players to dry their hands on for long throws. |

Wouldn't call Saito a breakthrough season. He is on loan, and as soon as Chair is fully fit he'll be dropped. Dembele has had 2 decent games, so again you can't compare him to, say, Morgan. Alfie Lloyd, again not a breakthrough yet. Even with zero strikers Kolli was brought back into the team ahead of him. Varane getting better, and pretty sure most people on here could see, with time, that he would be key. Nardi, love him. But he is 30, my post was about youngsters. No left back cover, no back up central midfield, no striker cover. The major money we spent has gone on a midfielder who won't tackle, was considered weak and too slow by every other club that looked at him and has now lost his place to an 18yo free transfer. So no, I'm still not going to give Nourry a free pass. |

Running the ball off the pitch due to lack of control is infuriating, especially when chasing a winner. |
