It was an amazing second half. France missed.so many golden Try opportunities. Du Pont mishandling with a free run to the line was just bizarre, frankly. The Trys they did score were mainly England gifts. Marcus Smith lost his bottle and spaffed two kicks hed usually score without question before allowing Fin Smith to take over, and getting the job done in the last second to get England the win by a single point. A brilliant match.
I've a nice little treble running here, Italy, England and I just need Scotland to upset the Irish today and it's quids in. Just hope Duane Van der merwe has had his Boreworse roll and plays another blinder.
For me, my wife and I fell in love with Bones by Michael Kiwanuka, which I heard for the first time while she was dragging me around Bentalls shopping Centre in Kingston. One of those tracks that caught my ear and the lyrics while simple, were rather fitting and it became our song. For our 10 year anniversary I bought her a framed LP style print of the words and it hangs in our living room.
Reminds of that bald geezer in Zulu with the crutches and the long bandge who goes all Schwarzenegger on the enemy, saving John Merriot Chard from certain death in the process. The camera pans away as he's laughing like a maniac with the Zulu's bleeding out on the mealie bags.
She's a piece of work isnt she? Very be-fitting for a Chelsea player.
Absolute spoilt brat. Hope she gets a hefty fine, pays the cabbie a nice bit of compensation and earns some community service, however, she'll probably think it beneath her.
In comparison with the mens game, this is like Mbappe in dock. A multi millionaire smashing up a cabbies means of earning a modest living.
There was a moment in the first half, last night where close to the touchline, he controlled the ball while facing the opposite way, and flicked the ball passed two defenders. it was an absolute sublime piece of trickery, not sure he could ever do it again if he tried but even the commentator said it reminded him of a prime Dennis Bergkamp.
We have played a game more than everyone else apart from Blackburn so 3 points will be more like six tomorrow night. But if Blackburn are a top 6 team, then anything is possible. Realistically, its only 5th and 6th left to play for and I don't think we can out muscle the teams within earshot of us tbh.
Coventry will be tough next week. A real marker to see how good we are with this settled squad for the rest of the campaign.
Glad we beat them. I thought it was a great game, chaotic at times, QPR played some really lovely stuff. Penalties, tackles muck and nettles. 3 points, 1 more step nearer to Championship consolidation.
