If you had to make a suggestion of how you would like Chair to improve his game what would it be?
Given we have watched him for 3-4 seasons now what is he missing? |

That was fantastic yesterday, better than the West brim game last season.
But as the earlier part of the season Rangers were never that bad, and to paraphrase Kipling are not that good either now
The management team have done so well to organise a team without any recognised centre forwards.Koli is a second striker behind a front man.Not tall enough ,not super quick, not strong enough back to goal.
Thank you Rayan -superb and kept going yesterday.Be humble and you will get your reward-but keep playing ,keep fit.
Symth .Always thought you're brilliant.and I was always annoyed of the criticism you got.But yesterday was like WOW you are clearly listening and learning.Staying wide at the right time, being patient, pinning their defender.The first goal was perfect in terms of when to run.You can now cross in two ways.Stanadard back post plus the Barcelona/Man City cut-back to the penalty spot.Fantastic.That shot fantastic.I think the ball swerved in the air.Denied by a brilliant save.

The lad Morgan.What were Spurs thinking.Doing that at 18? Again be humble-but mate that was premiership standard.
I could mention 8 others.
But the team has got to realise that the injuries will bite at some point.head down train hard and listen.Game at a time.just concentrate on the next 90 minutes.We will miss our player of the last season, our captain.So Steve speedy recovery .
Something happened yesterday,I think this team can go far.but it takes time and QPR fans know all too well that football has a way of biting you in the bum.

Chair has less pace than Saito and Smyth ,Chairs strengths are different.He receives and turns well has 5-10m of pace before he needs to pass.He is a Madsen replacement .
He needs to add to his game though…..
Maybe best at getting an attack going in the club,his finishing is predictable though |

Ok keeping to one simple point.Shots on goal ,stats wise are upper mid-table.What The team needs is simply to convert them .Hayden point you make is good.
And
and this is basically in defence of Cifuentes and his team please do not throw the baby out with the bath water.Still think he is the best manager we have had in a long while.It’s the team not the manager.
The best thing about yesterday ? Fans still behind him. The boos were frustration aimed at front line.Even better was the spirit shown by the team.
I think we will be ok. |

Yes agree with that.Given the finances we are now going to have to be lucky with loans.My sense is we are in trouble, when it goes against you as a club it really does turn against you.Sometimes I think back you get ten year periods where a club can do no wrong, every buy comes off.Wharburtom remindied me what a decent team he had and that turned against him.The team is continually being asked to get them selves out of difficult situations,Once ok twice?.Tough ,tough job.Use all the contacts we have got for a premiership loanee ,a youngster or too.I hope the team is working on something now. Marti cifuentes is a good manager.OK on this board there are always someone who will disagree like a petulant 15 year old, but we ,on balance know Martin and his team are of the required calibre.
The issue is the players, specifically the attack and lack of goals.
Defence is good, issue is injuries.
Midfield is ok
Attack is poor
The answer is new players.
It is very very hard for a team to go out week after week knowing goals are a problem.
I am sure Marti has told Nourry what the issues are .His job is to get the right loans in.
Calm down and do what fans do and support the team as we have been doing

Wife booked online before we got there.
About £25-£30 ,but life is short.
Just go to the Reichstag website.Everyone speaks English so it is like booking a restaurant here.
It is both posh and easy going at the same time.I was in shorts and T-shirt.

Saito did very well don’t understand the criticism.Till he went off he was our most threatening forward.
Symth just needs to 1.get his body position right when the defender is close to him 2.Release it early sometimes as if he continually runs into blind alleys .More head up and choose right moment to run in behind
Huge potential there.Needs coaching more.Good header -unlucky
With dembele as a 10, withdrawn striker.That should be a good attack |

Breakfast in the Reichstag parliament.Pre-book expensive but worth it.Went about 3weeks ago .Also walk around the park to the rear of the brandenberg gate then have a beer in the hotel on the left in front of it get there about 4.Expensive beer but a view you will remember.
Brie National galleries (Mies van der Rohe) Suprised me in a good way.Plus the TV tower.
Also Museum island in the middle |
