I have grave doubts about Matt Jones. If Iwan Morgan's good enough to get into Brentford's PL squad and on the bench then he must be good enough for his u21, team.

He was a prolific scorer for Wales u17, 2 years ago. Jones sabotaged his own u21 team by dropping outstanding Colwill then sending him to sit on a bench in the first team. He then failed to check the paperwork was done by the admin staff. Wales U21 won or drew all games with Colwill going top. They lost the three games without him with one draw..
