Matt O Riley on 19:37 - Nov 9 with 1419 views | Ron11 | Yes, but their players are getting the ball forward, not pissing about in their own half. If he was here, like a few others up front, he wouldn't get a sniff. There are good players at Saints, being wasted (and are no doubt fed up) by the idiotic tactics by Martin.

They've lost every game, since they played us, including defeats to 2 South Coast teams. The Premier League is wider open now than it's ever been. [Post edited 9 Nov 20:03]

Bournemouth for example spend 40 million pounds on a single player which is way out of our league We were never going to get O Riley even though it was clear RM wanted him as he’d had him before I think we offered 20 million but he went for much more than that. Sad times at Saints.

The usual suspects will trawl out the ‘Sports Republic have spent money’ line. Yes they spent £98m on 7 players. As you say the Brazilian at Bournemouth is scoring regularly. We have Archer, Stewart (remember him) and Onuachu as our Central Strikers. All that grief Gao used to get and Sports Republic have got us relegated and now the whipping boys of the league. I feel sorry for all those who spent their time and money on that yesterday. You all deserved more.
| We thought that we had the answers,
It was the questions we had wrong. |

Matt O Riley on 17:15 - Nov 10 with 761 views | dirk_doone | A goal and an assist for Liam Delap - another player we were linked with - in a 2-1 win at Tottenham today. He's got 6 goals already this season and they're crucial goals too. He scored both of Ipswich's goals in their 2-2 draw with Villa. Ipswich paid £15 mill for him with another £5 mill potentially due later in add-ons. We paid the same for Cameron Archer. I know which club got the better deal.

Yes! its embarrassing that so many players we've been linked to have ended up at other clubs and are doing well. I still think that if we played a deferent way we could get more from the ones we have bought. Archer needs a partner upfront. Tall Paul would benefit from high crosses into the box. Armstrong is better when played in the middle. Not sure I have a clue whats going on in midfield,so many formations. Why is Stephens a first choice? etc etc This is down to the manager. We have played 11 games ,won one by a goal, drew one and lost 9,let in 21 and scored just 7. If Martin is still manager after the international break we will be relegated. [Post edited 10 Nov 17:53]
