The thing is that Harry isn't a new manager and it really doesn't take a footballing genius to see how his methods such as they are have failed. The football has been awful and the end result, at the very best we've had it this season, mostly lucky. |
Yer but what happens when the next manager fails. We cant keeping sacking the manager, this team needs continuity.
Charlie Austin isnt the only reason why we are shiit now, its our January dealings. Fuuck loans. We need to stay down this year and reassess for the future. This may well be without Harry, but we cant keep sacking managers so i only ask, why this plan would work now if it hasn't worked before. Continuity is key |  |

As i have said in another thread . I would stick with him for the rest of this season . To make a change now is not guaranteed to get us going again and may even mean we miss out on the playoffs.
If he fails then I would not have a problem if TF decided he was willing to pay the compo and made a change . Lots of players out of contract and the loanees going gives a new bloke a chance .

I agree with you about the points remaining to be played for, but we have not got any better in 31 games. It's hard to believe this team will click when there is no consistent selection policy. We don't know what the best team is and each week the team is different. I accept the injury problems have not helped but this team has never lived up to the hype.
There is a chance to get up this season but we need a new manager boost to get us going into the play-offs in some kind of form. |  | | |

What impact does that have on QPR? Any football fan with a brain knows that Redknapp is a myth. The fans of every Club he's managed hate him. If we can get the right man in for the future now (if) then why not give him 15 games to judge the squad before the Summer where he can get going on re-moulding the side. | |
